Western Canada Homestay would like to introduce a number of ESL Schools, Colleges and High Schools to you. Our goal is to help our students from around the world learn English and Canadian cultures. We believe that English is very important in today's world and we will work very hard to make sure that you get the very best English education and experience while you're here with us. We will help our students in finding a school that meets their needs, registering with the school and any Visa or Immigration requirements. Homestay is a very important part of English education in Vancouver, Canada. Students and Visitors are a long way from home and in an unfamiliar culture. We strive to find Homestay Families that are friendly, helpful, safe, and provide a positive environment in which to live, learn English and Canadian Cultures. Our Host Families are all interviewed to ensure a safe and comfortable home for the student or visitor. They will have the feeling of being welcome and well cared. We even place students and visitors in smaller towns away from Vancouver. Some students prefer to live in smaller towns away from the big city. Vancouver would still be accessible by bus if they wanted to go shopping for the day. Canadian people have many different nationalities,
religions, and cultural backgrounds. We strive to place students and visitors in English speaking homes, but if a particular nationality, and / or background is requested, we will do our very best to accommodate our International guest. We work very hard and dedicate a significant amount of time in making sure that our guests are happy and their needs are looked after. Homestay is rewarding for both the student and the Host Family. We will also place Adults and families who would like to come to Vancouver for a visit or improve their English. Homestay is an experience that can open your mind to the vast differences in cultures and people. This is an opportunity that should not be missed. |
